If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase on www.eider.com, you can return the item(s) to us for exchange or refund, in their original packaging and with the product label. If items have been damaged, used, or no longer have their packaging, Eider reserves the right to reject the return.

How do I return a product?

- Log on to your customer account and go to the section " My orders ».
Enter your return request and specify " Exchange » or " Refund » :
+ Refund: you will receive a return confirmation email to print out and enclose in your return package.
+ Exchange: specify in the comments field your desired new size or color / once your request has been accepted, you will receive an email validating availability of the item, which must be enclosed in your return package.
- You will receive a return confirmation email to print out, with a return number and the destination address to return the item(s) to our logistics center.
- Prepare your package by enclosing the delivery slip and the return confirmation email.
- Drop off your package at a post office
