Warranty

Eider offers a two-year warranty with all its products for defective components in normal conditions of use. Our warranty does not cover product wear-and-tear. The items we sell also enjoy statutory warranties. This product warranty covers hidden defects and apparent defects, with effect from the delivery date. Under this warranty, the sole obligation of Eider is, as it wishes, to either replace free of charge or repair products acknowledged as defective, without any other service or compensation. The warranty does not apply if damage is caused by incorrect use, excessive use, or negligence, or if the damage is deemed to be a rip or due to wear-and-tear. In these specific cases, Eider will determine a cost of repair. Once this is accepted, your garment will be repaired as quickly as possible. No product can be replaced without Eider’s consent.

To enjoy the product warranty, you must keep the product purchase receipt and the delivery slip.

If you notice a manufacturing anomaly or defect, please return the garment to us via the store where you purchased it. After inspection, we will repair or replace it. Your product will be repaired by our experienced seamstresses in our protoyping workroom located in Annecy, in the heart of the Alps.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by an accident or by unreasonable use.

If the product is not covered by the Eider warranty, we undertake to draw up a precise quotation with the actual cost of the repair. After you agree to it, your garment will be repaired and returned as quickly as possible. No product can be replaced without our consent.
